Amy Stensrud is a Registered Psychologist (#1071) with a warm and authentic approach to working with children, teens, and adults. She strives to create an environment in both counselling and assessment where people feel comfortable, valued, and seen – a place where they can relax and be themselves. Amy tailors her counselling approach to each individual, including a thoughtful blend of solution-focused approaches, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing. Amy has experience working with children, youth, and adults on a wide range of issues, including (but not limited to): *Anxiety and panic * Body image * Depression * Stress * Life & career transitions * Addiction * ADHD * * Suicidal ideation * Relationships * Self-harm * Behavioural Concerns * Self Esteem * Emotional Regulation Amy also provides diagnostic assessment for children, teens, and adults for a variety of concerns, including Learning Disorders, Intellectual Disabilities, ADHD, and Anxiety or Mood Disorders. Following assessment, Amy will provide you with a detailed report, complete with recommendations, and will spend time with you to make sure you understand the results and are able to get all of your questions answered. Amy is Registered with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists, with Authorized Practice Endorsement, which means she is able to diagnose psychological disorders. She is a member of the Psychology Association of Saskatchewan and holds a Masters of Education in Educational Psychology.
Lisa Hoffart is a Registered Psychologist (Saskatchewan #1049; Alberta #8544) and a Certified Mental Performance Consultant. Whether you are someone wanting to improve your mental health and wellness for day-to-day functioning, or an athlete training to have your best performance, Lisa can help. While all individuals experience challenges and struggles, Lisa believes that everyone has the ability to navigate these challenges in a way that prioritizes their own mental health, wellness, and performance. Lisa takes a holistic and compassionate approach to build a therapeutic foundation of openness and safety. Lisa will strive to help you understand and discover the tools and strategies to move forward, and to emphasize your existing strengths and knowledge. Lisa utilizes a holistic approach to client mental health and wellness, utilizing a collaborative and client centered care model . A variety of approaches are incorporated, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness based therapy. Lisa strives to help athletes and teams develop a variety of performance skills. ​Lisa is registered with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists and with the College of Alberta Psychologists, and is also a member of the Canadian Sport Psychology Association.
Gill is a passionate counselling professional with a Master's in Educational Psychology, specializing in trauma-informed and client-centered approaches, including working with children. Gill is proficient in play therapy techniques to create a nurturing and expressive environment for young clients. She is adept at delivering solution-focused interventions and is certified in Theraplay Level 1. She is also skilled in working with survivors of gender-based violence. Gill utilizes a variety of treatment approaches to create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for her clients. Gill combines approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, all with a trauma-informed lens. She values growth, and ensures that clients feel comfortable and supported on their healing journey. Lucie is a Registered Social Worker (M.S.W) who has accumulated experience in rural, urban, private, community and front-line settings and with very diverse populations. Trust and clear communication are critical in developing and maintaining successful therapeutic relationships and Lucie's experiences have provided her with a tangible and relevant perspective to guide her clients through life's challenges. Lucie is certified in Cognitive Behavioural e-therapy, and also practices Dialectical Therapy and Brief Therapy. She uses trauma-informed practices to provide goal directed and supportive counselling to adults, couples, and families. Russell Charlton is a Registered Psychologist (Provisional) (#1299) who works with individuals ages 14 years and older. Russell is known for his calm presence, compassionate approach, and ability to create a supportive space where clients feel heard and understood. He values connection, resilience, and personal growth, helping individuals explore their experiences and take meaningful steps forward. He has over 15 years of experience in human services, working with diverse populations in a variety of settings. His passion lies in helping people navigate life’s challenges and build meaningful, fulfilling lives. With a background in counselling, advocacy, and community support, Russell brings a deep understanding of the complexities that shape personal well-being. Russell specializes in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based approaches, emphasizing trauma-informed care. He has a special interest in supporting individuals struggling with eco-anxiety, climate distress, and the emotional impact of social injustices and global crises. Russell's background in climate and environmental work gives him a unique perspective on these concerns, helping clients process their emotions and take meaningful steps toward balance and well-being. Miranda McLellan is a Registered Psychologist (Provisional) who works with individuals ages 15 and older. Miranda is a warm and welcoming counsellor who will meet you where you’re at. She aims to eliminate the pressure of starting therapy. You don’t need to know why you’re coming or where you’re headed; she welcomes you to show up and see what happens. Miranda’s approach to counselling centers around helping clients live purposeful lives amidst hardships. She acknowledges and cherishes the reality of all emotions and strives to help clients see the beauty of being human. Miranda utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as a guiding framework, while also drawing upon narrative therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness strategies. In addition to mental health counselling, Miranda is an experienced and skilled career counsellor. She is passionate about helping clients make intentional career decisions that will best suit their skills, values, personalities, and circumstances. Through a hybrid of talk therapy and assessment, Miranda helps clients feel understood as they undergo the exciting process of discovering and constructing career paths. Jenna Ashby is a Certified Canadian Counsellor who works with individuals aged 10 and up. Jenna is a warm and compassionate counsellor who prioritizes creating a space where clients feel comfortable, understood, and supported. She understands that starting counselling can feel uncertain, and works to create a safe, supportive space where clients can feel heard, seen, and validated. Jenna encourages clients to show up as they are, without pressure to have everything figured out, and is passionate about collaborating with clients as they work toward meaningful change. Jenna’s approach to counselling focuses on supporting overall wellbeing, recognizing the connection between mental health and how we show up in our daily lives, relationships, and areas of performance. Jenna values a holistic approach and takes time to understand each person’s unique experiences and goals. She integrates evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and humanistic approaches. Her work emphasizes building practical skills, fostering self-awareness, and supporting clients in navigating challenges while continuing to grow in meaningful and purposeful ways. As she works towards her Certified Mental Performance Consultant designation, Jenna is being mentored by Lisa Hoffart.
